Model # 621262 (Formerly 621058 or 402669): This clear flange and piston chamber piece screws onto the bottle and goes against the breast when pumping. The flange opening is 25 mm. in diameter to fit most nipple sizes. If you need a smaller flange, add on the Ameda Insert which reduces the opening to 23 mm (Product Code: 621055.)
